I have been trying to recalibrate my surface rt several times but nothing seems to work to fix my problem. The issue is the right side of the screen is off and when I try to touch the crosshairs during the calibration process it the crosshairs don't response to touch. The left sides works perfectly but the right side seems to not feel my touch. I tried factory resetting it and the problem is still there. How can I fix this?

You might have a bad touch digitizer.

But one last thing to try is to get one of those capacitive pens and try it for calibration. I would suggest getting the least expensive one you can find (check the dollar stores).

The last time I tried calibrating my RT touch screen, made things worse. I eventually reset the calibration and have lived with how it came from factory.
