Need help setting up my Surface

It keeps saying that my Microsoft account doesn't exist. Any advice?

Yes my account exist. I login on my Microsoft account with the NokIa Lumia 635 it went through.

Do you have two-step authentication turned on? I had to turn mine off to setup my Surface 2, then turn it back on when it was finished.
