    Surface rt.
I used the Sound Recorder and recorded a song.
I played it back and it was ok.
But, I cannot find option to save it.
I thought it was saved automatically, but I searched all folders, even my sd card. Where is it ?
I went back to Sound Recorder, it is still sitting there.
So, how do I save it to a folder ?

    Where are my recordings saved?

Your recordings are stored within the Sound Recorder app. If you uninstall the app, your recordings will be deleted. To send the recording file to someone through another app, use the Share charm.

How do I share my recordings?

    1.Open Sound Recorder.

2.Tap or click the recording you want to share.

    3. Swipe in from the right edge of the screen, and then tap Share.
(If you're using a mouse, point to the upper-right corner of the screen, move the mouse pointer down, and then click Share.)

    4. You'll see a list of the apps you have that can share. To mail your recording, tap or click Mail and follow the instructions. To share your recording to an app, tap or click the app and follow the instructions.

You can also send recording files as attachments right from the Mail app. Tap or click Sound Recorder from the menu when you're choosing a file to attach

    Thank you.
So, I need to open the Charm Bar for the Share option.
However, upon selecting Share, I only have Mail as option. I can send the recording as attachment. That's no problem.
But, I would like to save it to a folder of my choice without employing Mail.
Guess that is not possible ?
