No Access to Windows Store

I was not able to search initially. I tried switching to a local account, then back to a Microsoft Account. Now my tablet will not load the store.

I refreshed Windows RT first, and subsequently reset Windows. No go, I can not load the store.

Apparently a user of Windows 8 on a PC cannot lad the store either.

I struggled with the same issue after having to reinstall windows and all the updates on my RT after the drive became clogged with mystery data (refresh and uninstalling apps barely freed up any space). I went through the whole range of fixes.. Checking time and region, making sure my account was fine, then when the store finally did open it wouldn't install any apps but insisted my internet connection was too slow (which it isn't). So I stopped and restarted my network card service, blah blah, even messing in the registry because the store diagnostic tool was complaining a service wasn't registered. Nothing worked. Until, last resort before tossing it in the bin, I tried another refresh. Wooo blooming hoo! It works fine now.
