Hello,
I am a resident in Canada and have had the Nokia Lumia 920 since the first day it came out here. I love the new operating system and what it has to offer. This is definitely not related to an introduction, but I do have a problem with the phone. I have had the earpiece replaced due to severe static which made it hard for me to understand the person on the other end. Now that I have my phone back it is starting to do it again. Not to mention the reoccurring problem, but it seams like the phone itself is falling apart. The top of the phone just above the screen is starting to get loose and so is the bottom. Also the battery got loose and I can feel it wobble inside. I take care of my phone and it shows by the ghost armor and case that I have on it. Overall I am not too happy at how the "indestructible" nokia is starting to fall apart on me. My first repair was done through Rogers. My question is, if I send it directly to Nokia will it be fixed properly? and what are the chances of getting a new handset through Nokia?
Anyways I am glad to be a part of the forums and cannot wait to see what other users are writing about.
