Hello everybody, using my first Lumia Windows Phone device (L830) for two days now I'm expecting it to stay with me for quite a while. So in case of problems and for sharing experience I signed up to become part of this informative and friendly community.
I'm in my late 40s and live in N. Germany. I have plunged into the Windows world just recently, having used Linux/*BSD since 1998. Contrary to the vocal sentiment among PC users I'm quite pleased with Win 8.1 so I found it compelling to change to Windows Phone.
