In this article, I will discuss some of the best gaming laptop or most expensive laptop on the market. Also, we’ll take a look at how to upgrade the stock ram gaming laptops to improve the speed of the computer.
First, find if you can upgrade

Many, unfortunately, have sealed bottoms and there is practically no way to open it. Some laptops also have the RAM soldered onto the motherboard. Both of these situations make it impossible to remove the old RAM and add a new one. Before deciding to add a new RAM to your existing laptop make sure first that if your computer supports the option of adding a new RAM or not.
If you found out your gaming laptop or most expensive laptop supports new RAM then follow these simple procedures to have a faster experience of your gaming laptop or most expensive laptop.

    Open the panel

This is a pretty straightforward process. Turn off your laptop and unplug the adapter. After this step, open the panel covering the memory banks. In order to access the memory banks make sure to unscrew the whole cover on the back of the laptop.

    Be cautious about electricity

Before you touch any component on your gaming or most expensive laptop to add the ram, make sure to ground yourself and take precautionary measures to avoid getting electrocuted. The simplest way to start working on your laptop is to touch a small metal connector in the laptop, this discharges any existing static electricity from your body

    Remove the Ram

After this step makes sure to remove any existing RAM from your gaming laptop or most expensive laptop if all of the memory slats are already full. Sometimes the slot for RAM might be empty but it mostly depends on the laptop model and its manufacturing company. Be sure to remove a RAM so that you may add a new one into it. In order to remove the memory module, you have to push apart two clips holding it in its place. The memory module will pop up at an angle. Remove this RAM without touching the gold connectors at the bottom and hold it by its edges. This will lift the RAM out.

    Install the new Ram

After this step it is fairly easy, insert the new RAM into the freed up module space at an angle of around 45 degrees. Insert it while the gold edges are facing down. Apply some pressure on the top of the RAM so that it can be pushed firmly into its place. You will hear a click which will snap the RAM into its place. Close the two clips to make sure it is secured.

Following these steps are comfortable, and now you have your gaming laptop or most expensive laptop installed with a new RAM. This will not only increase the speed of your computer but also enable you to different tasks on your new gaming laptop or most expensive laptop without it getting slow or frozen.

    A couple of points:

In regard to electrical safety, I would remove the battery, and hold the power button as well. Most laptops will probably force the battery to be removed in order to remove the bottom cover plate.

Ensure the RAM you get is compatible with the board. If the board can't support the type and speeds, the laptop probably won't boot.

    Further points to add:
    1. get yourself a ifixit tool kit or a tool kit that has torx screws and has pry tools.
    2. a anti-static band, which you can click up onto any radiator for earthing as they usually have crocodile clips.
    3. Use a programme like speccy to find out the exact specs of ram in use, the motherboard details so you can find out compatible ram, ram timings, frequency supported if you're going to be over clocking etc.
