Come on!!!! Where are all the photos? Dan's pics came out pretty good. I'm impressed with the clarity. Still wondering if there will be a better camera by the time I'm due for an upgrade(att moved me out to 4/2014 ) I'm curious too on peoples favorite post processing app. There are a couple pics from the 920 section that really have me curious to what software and settings people use.

by 4/2014, you will have a whole different set of phones to chose from:)

I know! I'm hoping for an improved 1020...not that it's a bad phone. But I'm hoping they solve the hump. Though I did go check it out at the store today. My L900 is thicker than the 1020 hump and all. I'm also hoping for an improved camera. The 1020 is truely amazing, but I figure that it's basically the same as the 808...one year later they solved the "how to put in WP" issue. So the next iteration might be hardware improvements! And a quad core might help the imaging processing. Not that I think quad core is needed...there might be another solution. But either way. If the 1020 is the best phone out come 4/2014 then I'm sure it will be cheaper still ;)

And in 2014 you can wait for a Phone 2015, because this will be even better. And 2015 you can wait till 2016 because... You see, you can't win this run. Buy this Phone now if you want it, don't wait for a better version, 12 month later there will be always a improved version.

This phone would attract a photography oriented crowd in general, but... even if you are not it will bring the photographer out of you, no matter how small :) I experienced this years ago with the Nokia N8... its awesome to see.

I am thinking about getting one myself.. Its hard because I think we might see a version of this phone with IP57 certification, or some other fancy isolation which would allow you to bring it in the water, and being a surfer.. that would open a whole new world for me in terms of photography.

I really don't care about screens, ram, and all the other bs.. its all the same to me, but the imaging capabilities are very important..

anyway, keep shooting, its looks like the 1020 is a great tool :)
