When is negri electronics preorders shipping?

I preordered my unlocked Lumia 1020 from negri electronics on July 20th. Originally the site said they would ship the same day the phone was released. However, the day of the launch they changed it to August 2nd. Well lo and behold it's August 2nd but the "preorder" button is still there, and I've gotten no confirmation saying my order shipped.

Really frustrating to say the least. Especially when the phone costs more online than it does in the AT&T/MS store (+ MS throws in a free case). And even then according to the posts I've read here AT&T will unlock it if you pay it off in full.

Yes a few days ago, and they have yet to respond.
