ATT unlock for on-contract Lumia 1020?

Has anyone been able to get an unlock code for their 1020 bough on contract?

Yes, I have! It took two phone calls to their customer service department, first call, the service rep didn't have a clue, directed to some website and said I could do it myself, but it didn't work. Called back, got a different rep, asked a few questions, verified my information, gave me the code after 5 mins...Explained to them that I was taking a trip to Europe, needed it unlocked so I could use a local sim.
