That has been the standard bar for me, in cell phone cameras. I have been utterly fascinated with capturing the best moon shot I possibly can!
I plan on being out there tonight, as well...I've gotten pretty good, although the only thing that I DO find stifling about long distance picture taking, is the lack of being able to focus from such a distance...as much as post-processing will turn out the best images from ANY phone out there, having a zoom before the fact is certainly easier to fine tune focus...
I too have been using ISO100, with anywhere between 1/1250 - 1/800 shutter.
