Help with Lumia 1020 bought in Italy

Hi guys,

I live in Mexico and I recently returned from Italy where I bought a Lumia 1020 4G with TIM. In Italy all phone are factory unlocked and the phone is working well in Mexico. However, 4G does not work with my carrier Telcel. I have a 4G sim card ready and a 4G monthly plan, but I get H+ maximum. 4G was working perfectly in Italy.
"Highest connection speed" settings are set to 4G.

Any ideas? Is it something related to my sim card or to the band?

One more question: I am planning to buy a factory unlocked 1520 from the UK. Will the 4G work in Mexico?

Are you sure the Lumia has the correct bands for LTE?

You are right. In the Lumia 1020 features page of the carrier in Italy it is mentioned that the phone supports 850/900/1800/1900 4G/HSDPA 42/UMTS/EDGE/GPRS
It seems that Telcel carrier in Mexico does not currently support those bands....I assume it will be the same for a phone purchased in UK.
I will need to get my next one in the US or Canada.
