Nokia 1020 Internet connection not optimal.

Hi I have a strange problem with my Nokia 1020 internet usage. I sometimes us a web based internet program, but all of a sudden the program gives me an error message saying "Server error" when trying to use this program on the internet. I have been using this web based internet program for a year nor but now it only shows me a half empty page and without the possibility of interacting with it at all and the instruments there. But as soon as I use my phone through a wifi connection this web based program works fine?? What can this mean? Why or what can be the cause of this as I have tried everything.

Does it work OK on another phone with the same SIM? Seems like a career/sim problem to me.
