USA ATT 1020 Black Update

Can anyone clarify if the subject line has been pushed out for locked ATT 1020 units. Nokia shows that it is available on their site. I have had a few people respond stating it has been out but I don't think it is the actual Black update. It is my understanding that this was just released last week. Any feedback would be appreciated.

Lumia black is out everywhere for Lumia 1020,925,920 and 820. and for Lumia 1020 att locked it was released way back in December 2013.
