Still under testing sa Availability Site pero nakaugalian ko na magcheck tuwing umaga. Pagcheck ko kanina without expecting biglang nagdownload ng updates. Lowbat ako 8% na lang kaya charging muna ngayon. Cyan na siguro to wala namang ibang parating na updates di ba? Baka mauna pa kayo makapag-update paconfirm naman. Thanks!

maybe! hindi ka ba nakainstall ng 8.1 na preview for developers? kasi sa akin naka-install yung preview for developers kaya nung may update, yung update 1 ng 8.1 ang nakuha ko(with the live folders).. i have read naman sa other posts na mayroon na daw cyan para sa 1020 dito sa pilipinas..

Yes you can update the DPV 8.1 or I have to go back to 8.0 and then to yellow

As of now, 625, 925, 1320 and 1520 pa lang ang may Cyan for Philippine CV. Check niyo na lang kung anong variant kayo tapos refer sa availability page.

try try lang pre baka mamaya meron na. ako kagabi ng update dito sa oman 9pm ng gbi at 1am dyan sa pinas. nakakatuwa nga kc from 9:15-10:20 1st and 2nd updte, 10:20pm dito sa oman natapos ang update ng cyan sa lumia 1020 ko

Sorry kung off the topic 2 may i ask how do u like the live folders? Nagdadalawang isip ako kung iinstall ko ung preview for devs para sa update 1 o hindi kc meron na akong cyan sa phone ko, worth it ba?

Nung una hindi nag-uupdate yung mga weather app ko sa live folder, akala ko limitation ng live folders yun. Pero "Live Folders" nga ang tawag nila e, so nag-restart lang ako, tapos nag-uupdate na yung mga app ko automatically.

Nakatulong yung live folders sa pag-"de-clutter" ng start screen, mga 25+ kasi ang nakapin sa start screen ko. Pero medyo nakakapanibago kasi kailangan masanay sa bagong layout na gagawin mo, lalo na kapag nasanay ka na sa dating layout nung wala pa yung live folders. Ngayon, 28 and live tiles apps ko sa live folders, and 50+ na ang nakapin, pero hindi na kailangan magswipe down nang matagal bago mahanap yung app.


Anyway, DP 8.1. Update 1 L1020 here, no Cyan updates for me yet. For the others who are also in DP8.1, please update us when Cyan becomes available to your L1020 without having to downgrade. Sabi ni Belfiore hindi na raw kailangan magdowngrade, kailangan lang maghintay nang kaunti.

Thnx sa explanation! Dinownload ko n ung dev app tapos ung update kc nothing to lose dba. So far gusto ko ung live folders, its nice nga to declutter my screen, now mas marami n ako pwedeng ilagay n apps sa screen.

Hindi kumpleto yung features depende yata sa phone. Di pa rin available ang equalizer sa speakers, walang brightness profile at ang OS version sabi sa isang article dito pareho daw ng sa dev preview 12397 pero 12393 lang. Sa inyo?

OS version: 8.10.14147.180 yung akin, pero hindi pa rin available yung equalizer for speakers... I'm guessing we need to wait for the Cyan update for firmware since I'm running 8.1 Developer Preview Update 1.

Guys, wish someone could help me out, Im using a Lumia 1020 with DP 8.1 last week, after i installed the GDR 1, i had lag problems which was very annoying for a 2 GB ram phone. have you guys had the same problem? Now I'm trying to revert back to Lumia Black using the Nokia recovery tool, but after downloading the file (which was 1.38 GB!), it downloaded again the same file, right now i'm waiting again if the same problem occur. or if you have something in mind which can help me save my time please do share it. Thanks guys!

Yup, L1020, pero nakaDeveloper Preview 8.1 ako and Updated with GDR1...my extras+info says I'm using Lumia Black, so I haven't received the Cyan Firmware update yet. I have read in the WPCentral forums that those in DP8.1 GDR1 may have to wait a bit longer to receive Cyan. So far, only those who are not in Developer Preview are receiving the Cyan update. So, kaunting hintay lang, hehe

Can you be more specific when the lags happen? I'm also using L1020 with DP 8.1 with GDR1, but so far the only lags I've experienced was right after exiting an app (especially a chat app, like Skype or Line) and then I try to do something with the phone - the start screen doesn't scroll smoothly, the tile flips are jagged and the system doesn't feel as snappy as it usually does... but I simply waited for a few seconds after exiting an app and I no longer experience the lag. (This is happens right after uninstalling an app). The other lag (a couple or so of seconds of no response from the phone) is right after unlocking my phone (with Live Lock Sreen BETA), but that's a confirmed minor issue with Live Lock Screen BETA and they're currently working on a fix for the BETA.
