Cyan Bluetooth Issue

I'm having some trouble with the Bluetooth in my car since I installed Cyan on my AT&T Lumia 1020 (I'm also running the 8.1 Update One Developer Preview).

My phone will pair just fine to my '13 Subaru Impreza, does not remain paired after shutting off the car and restarting. Seems to have lost it somehow.

Anyone else having this problem / any solution?

Since installing Cyan and adding GDR1(DP) I can no longer connect to my bluetooth devices...I suspect there must be some bug with this combination.?

I noticed that following last weeks DP update my bluetooth is now working...just don't have swype or predictive text now.!
