Lumia 1020 with Cyan update 1 not working correct with Ford Sync

Hi,

I have a 1020 sinds 6 months. First with Black and now Cyan update 1.
I'm having issues with connecting over bluetooth with my Ford Sync.
It connects correct, but after a while it says connection with phone broken.
Then i'm unable to connect again beceause bluetooth is stuck in my 1020.
Can't put it off or on. It just hangs waiting with the dots above.
Only thing to do it restart the phone.
I have tried with the extra option in the bluetooth screen but without succes.
I have allso tried to put bluetooth off when i'm not in the car and only put it on when in the car.
Its a little better, but still, after a while it disconnects.
I was hoping i would be fixed with the Cyan update but no.
Before my 1020 i had a Samsung Galaxy S3 and it worked perfect, so it's not fault of the car or Sync.
Missing MAP bluetooth on my 1020 too, cause before my text messages where read for me, not anymore.
But thats not as frustrating as the instable connection.
Please help.
What should i do?

I had an issue with my 1020 on my Sony bluetooth radio in my car. Songs would fast forward, play for 10 seconds and then go to the next song, etc. I fixed it (so far) by removing the pairing on my phone and then re-adding it again.
