Anyone can tell me how to delete app data storage? Apps 1.3GB but APP DATA is 16GB . I uninstalled whatsapp and facebook but Apps data is still same

What phone ?
What OS version (WinPhone 8.0. 8.1, Lumia Cyan, Black) ?
What app are you using to show those numbers ?
Do you have an SDcard ?

Try rebooting the phone & see if any of that disappears ...

Go to setting > storage check > details > apps details u will see apps storage & apps data storage but how to delete apps storage ?

Have you checked Storage Sense (it came w Lumia Cyan) it's a bit more granular - will pinpoint the specific app.
