Hello folks, I want to keep my WP with me (considering wp10 is coming).
Now I got a deal 270$ for a new l1020 with grip and 2 years warranty. Shall I buy it or leave it?
(I am coming from L920, but gave it to my sis).

That is an amazing deal if your into mobile photography, however bear in mind the shot-to-shot times can be slow if your using the 5mp+36/38 mp output. You can reduce that lag by using the microsoft camera app but that just defeats the purpose of the phone imo.

If you rarely take any pictures with your phone and can wait for the flagships when windows 10 comes out to get one of the many mid range models if LTE is a necessity. Otherwise you can pick up the 930 for about $300 - $350 (roughly) second hand.

Lets say I don't want to buy 2nd hand phones currently :).
And yea the only reason I am ditching the already perfect working L920 is the L1020 (camera of course). The deal is fine not a lot of money since Its brand new.
As well I hope that W10 will give us LC with faster time to time shots. But yea I don't mind (since I'll capture mostly landscape pictures and indoor like group family pictures).
L930 (glance, heating and 20mp camera kill it for me since I don't game and I don't need 4k recording, hey cortana etc).
