Why does my voice command stop my touch screen (Lumia 1020)?

Voice command stopped my touch screen- lumia 1020

I accidentally activated my voice command option on my phone and it does not allow me to scroll left right up down nothing. I have to search double tapping everytime, swipe type is disables and i am not able to go to my setting and undo as i am not able to scroll nor select anything.

PLEASE HELP VERY URGENT!!!!

Is hard reset my only option? As i am not able to even sync my phone..

THANKS A LOT... almost reset my phone went to 3 shops with lumia phones and care center and all said i had to reset the phone...
