Why won't my Lumia 1020 Windows Phone 10 turn off?

I can't turn on my lumia 1020 windowsphone 10

First it was that I can't unlock my phone there is not keyboard,latter my phone is off and i can't turn on,I try hard reset,soft reset nothing is happening.What to do??Please help me?

connect the charger and leave it for a while. if nothing happens take the phone to the nearest nokia care centre
