    Battery life? Maybe but doubtful. You'll get a better boost by replacing the battery.

    Supporting new apps? You mean will it get more apps? Potentially. it's always been up to the developer to write the app, not the OS.

    It should appear this summer or fall. Although it might take longer for ROGERS to approve it.
