Long boot time (update 3)

I'm usually someone that likes to wait for the official releases through carriers, but since I have a Microsoft Band and need Bluetooth LE, I had to get the 8.1 update 3 from the Developer Preview (Nokia Lumia 1020 - AT&T). Has anyone noticed any longer boot times with update 3? It takes upwards of 30 seconds before it switches from the "Nokia" text to the Windows logo.

There is nothing called WP 8.1 Update 3 unless you have access to Microsoft's internal R&D. 30 seconds does not seem bad considering the 8.1 is heavier on resources than 8.0 Update 3 (aka Black release)

Sorry, I think I meant the developer preview Denim update then.

AT&T hasn't released the Denim firmware for its 1020 variant so I am assuming you're on Cyan + OS v14219 (Update 1). I would suggest performing a hard reset if you're having issues but a 30 (+/- 10 sec) boot time doesn't look like one.

The boot time total is longer than 30 seconds. It probably takes 30 seconds or more on the "Nokia" screen text alone.

Just timed mine. Y'know, for giggles and that.
26 seconds on "Nokia" screen then 18 seconds before Start screen appeared.
There's maybe some mileage in this:
