I cot a Code 43 on my Lumia 1020, what should I do?

Code 43- Lumia 1020

Recently i connected my hone to a computer at my work place i got a notification saying Driver not recognised but my phone was charging. I then tried connecting my phone to my computer at home now the same notification appears saying Code 43 USB not recognised. My battery was completely drained out when i attached it to the computer. Also every time i put my mobile for charge the camera switches on and automatically starts taking pictures of 1000 pics within 2 hrs. Please help.

Did you notice if the camera was automatically being launched? It is possible that the camera button is shorted, causing the phone to take photos on its own which then leads to battery drain.
