When I take a picture it automatically goes into the Camera Roll folder. How do I move a picture from "camera roll" to "another folder" using the phone? Up to now I've had to download the picture to my computer and then use Windows Explorer to move it. I'm sure it must be able to be done on the phone itself. Appreciate any help.

Yes you can. Download "files" and move to your hearts content.😊

Try the free file explorer app from MS called Files, or any other in the store. Should allow you to move and also create new folders under the Pictures folder.
