My daughter has a Nokia 1020 and I need to unlock her phone to see her text messages is this possible? I need to get her phone opened to see who she last talked too. She was in a car accident. I don't want to loose any information on her phone.

I'm sorry to hear about the accident, but there's no way of overriding the PIN code on the phone. The only option you have to see the messages is to ask her for the PIN or ask her friends what her last messages were. You may, however, be able to get access to the SMS messages/call log through the mobile provider.
