Green Hue under most lighting conditions?

Granted I have only begun playing with the camera and the many adjustable features, but already indoor shots seem to have an unnatural green hue. I have even shot pics (in my basement) using a professional camera light to simulate day light and still the picture colors are way off no matter what setting I use or adjustment is made. I guess it's just the result of being a "phone camera"? Nevertheless I was surprised that even professional lighting bulbs yielded little better than a fluorescent or tungsten bulb. Does anyone have secrets I may not be aware of to get better indoor pictures without daylight?

I don't have the "green" problem on the 1020 I'm using.
That said ... I've been shooting in RAW then processing my favorites with DxO.

Just for reference my Lumia 925 had the green hue bug against white backgrounds indoor for a long time.
Using the default camera app along with it's last OS update seems to have lessened it's problems.

Basically what i mean is that aside from outside shooting, getting the camera indoors to recognize and accurately reproduce whites in non-direct daylight is really impossible I've found. The camera, even with WB adjusting, seems to love soft green hues and especially in white things like walls and even more so... artwork and sculpture. And in low light conditions, that green vaults right into over saturated yellows. Now I realize this isn't a $9,000 DSLR, but it does have a topl of the line Carl Zeiss lens and I have seen demos with this camera that show good performance, but God knows how some people are shooting such nice pics in low light when mine at 41mp mode come out looking like a 2mp Sony Cybershot from 1999. LOL.

Try the 360 Sight camera app or Proshot.

Which camera app are you shooting with Lumia or the default camera?
Also drop the resolution and see what happens.

I am shooting with the Lumia Camera (with downloaded adjustment wheels) and the basic in-camera one.

I tried the freebie 360 but nah..... green again. Looks kinda okay on the screen after adjustments but then the actual pictures contains more green hue than exists. And I'm using a professional $20 film bulb for lighting. I'll give the trial Pro Shot a go. Cheers.

Slightly better after shot processing.
Well different processing algorithm perhaps.

Sometimes the green just won't go away.
Like I said...this bug drove me crazy on my other pureview phone.
I was surprised I didn't have this bug with the 1020.

OKay... gave Proshot a quick spin and it's definitely a step up from the other three nickel & dime programs attached to this camera. Thanks. I'm going to spend the few bucks and buy it and see if I can't make'er dance.

Eddie the developer of Proshot has most definitely stuck by the Windows user.
He is extremely proactive also.

There's no shortage of Proshot fans here.
Good luck there.
Glad to have you on board.

Hey, this is a common problem for all lumias except those who has denim algorithms(640, 640xl, 830, 930, 1520) and new lumias. The problem is in postprocessing and there is no way to fix it, the only way is to shoot raw. I've tried to figure out how to sort this problem on my L925 for more than a year and the only thing that helps is to bring the photo in adobe photoshop express and add some pink/red tint to the pic.
Imgur and Imgur you can clearly see, that postprocessing adds too much green tint which looks terrible.

By the way, there are tons of people that have complained about this issue:
