Help about ROM

Hello everyone!
I have lumia 1020 and in Extras + Info says Manufecter Name: RM-875_apac_vietnam_234, but In "about" says: Firmware revision number 3051.50009.1451.1001 which is RM-877 ROM (by http://www.lumiafirmware.com/). When I dial ##3282#, and select to 4g only, I can select Band 2,4,5,17 but RM-875 model may select between Band 1,3,7,8,20?
Am I right? Do I have rm875 phone with rm877 rom?

Nope, if you had RM-877 ROM, then your Manufacturer Name would be RM-877_something.

Which bands are enabled depends on two things, what the hardware is capable, and what is enabled in the ROM. Possibly another ROM would help you, but you need to consider two questions: Where are you located and which bands are available there? If you are not actually in Vietnam, you could flash the phone with a ROM intended for your region.

I need 1800 MHz Band 3, but this is RM-875 rom..
On willmyphonework.net I saw that only RM-875 can receive 4G in my country..
