is it true i also heard microsofts closing down nokia or something ? i was thinkin of just dumpin this phone and getting a galaxy note 4 any advice what should i do ?

MS is stopping their use of the Nokia brand, since Nokia still exists as a company, more in the mapping business, and Microsoft doesn't have the rights to use the Nokia name anymore.

No word of a 1330, or a new phone just yet, but it does sound possible.
I'd recommend considering a 1520 if you're looking to upgrade. Still pretty much top-of-the-line.
