Just talked w/an agent, and I think this is what I need to do. First of all, here's all the information I got on current promotions:

    - 50% off all ATT devices between $0.99 - $199.99. Deal goes from now through Dec 7th
    - $200 off the 2520 with purchase of another device does not have an ending date set until the device drops on Nov 22nd.
    - No information about black friday deals was given
    - The $20 app credit goes through Jan 9th, but she did NOT have any details about Spartan Assault, and 50GB of cloud storage on AT&T Locker.
    - The deal to turn a device in that is < 3 years old and still working is currently active and would apply to EACH device purchased (so if I was buying 2 devices and had 2 old devices, I could get a total of $200 off), but I cannot get text messages off my Titan.

So, because of the time frame of all those deals, the first thing I'm going to do is check to see if there's an ending date for the $200 off the 2520 deal when it drops on Nov 22nd. If it goes through black friday and cyber monday, I'll wait through those days to see if there are any other deals. It doesn't seem like there are any other pre-order deals that make it so I can't wait those dates through. The Spartan Assualt and 50GB of cloud space SEEMS to be just "on purchase of the 1520," as far as I can tell.

So if everything works out right, I should be able to get the 1520, 2520, $20 of app cred, hopefully spartan assault, and 50GB of cloud space all for $300... or possibly lower with a BF/CM deal. Am I missing anything here??

    ******* UPDATE 11/22/13 ************

Just got back from the store. Here's how it all went down:

    - I showed him the web price for the 1520 so he marked that down to $100.
    - I confirmed w/him that the 2520 showed up for $200 less when the 1520 was added to the cart
    - He evaluated my HTC Titan at $18, but said because it fell w/in the 3 year period, had no major defects, and could turn on (even though it could not go any further than the logo screen) it was instantly marked up to $100 as a trade in. You may need to point this out to the rep you work with. YMMV
    - I had to pay for the 1520 separate because the 2520 is being drop shipped to me (the store was too small to carry it). He said it would arrive in a few days... we'll see.

WITH TAX, the prices came out to be:
    $215.99 for the 2520
    $7.99 for the 1520

    I'm looking @ my 1520 as we speak :).

    EDIT:
Wow... so apparently I'm going to get a free power keyboard now as well :D
Nokia ups the ante, offers free Power Keyboard for Lumia 2520 owners | Windows Phone Central

    Here's the order form entry:
    Nokia Power Keyboard Offer

    Very nice,
I can't get the $200 off 2520 to show up in my shopping cart along with 1520. is there a trick?

You may try walking through it with a rep...

Do you have an ATT store close to you (An actual dealership, not an "authorized store")? Best bet for all deals considered would be to go in there IMO.

Yes. I believe you may even HAVE to be there for the rep to mark the phone up to $100 (trade in)
In what ADD does it say that a trade in under 3 years old is $100 so I can show it to them

I went in today and the 1520 is $199.99, the 2520 is $399 with contract or $499 off-contract. I couldn't talk them into any thing. I didn't get mad but I did give them a pick of my mind.

I do have an ATT store here. Last week when I went there and mentioned the deal they did not honor it. They said the 50% off is online only. I am going to MS store tonight to see of they will price match.

Yep. The rep did everything right. The only thing is the availability on the 2520 hasn't been updated yet.

So some stores are matching online pricing while others aren't?

I have a Titan, but I don't think I can trade it in. The USB port doesn't work.

So far looks like its a hit or miss. I have heard all kinds of stories. This is really sad when you have to bring evidence and proof to ATT cooperate stores to have them honor what they advertise.

Does this deal apply with a on contract 1520 and on off contract 2520?

As far as I know they both need a 2-Yr contract.

Awesome work, Phrozty! I think I might talk my sister into this, she was just complaining about her Android Tablet...but I don't think the $10*24 for the data on the tablet is worth it for her...

Did you ever check the ETF for a tablet?

    Sup Cutie!

The rep said they were both the same ETF. He seemed to think they were 275, but that they could be 300. I didn't pressure him too much about it because I really have no intentions of ET.

Looks good if you need it but for me I would have to add a $15/month data plan and take a two year contract. By the time I add up all those fees $100 (initial price) + ($15x24 months) that comes out to $460. I can see this thing selling for $400 off contract within a year. The keyboard bundle may make it a deal though. If you don't really need some type of mobile internet it's just kind of a dubious offer.

What kind of plan do you have? I have an unlimited LTE data plan for my current smartphone. On the at&t website it says a 250MB tablet data plan is $15... before taxes.

Ahh, I think it is $10 to add a tablet to the Family Share and $15 if you are still on the al a carte line plans.

Cool. I'm not giving up unlimited LTE for that. Once I get a 1520 streaming netfilx and Hulu plus is going to be even more enjoyable. I was drooling when I saw this but started crunching the numbers and got cold feet Anyway I'm still on contract.

On AT&T, my sister used to get new iPhones by adding a new line and then calling and changing the line to a basic $10/mo line once she got home.

You still pay for the line for 2 yrs, but it's a better deal than the monthly lease if you want to make payments on the phone itself.

Yeah, I'm going off the new plans, because the old one for just my cell phone sucked. Here's their plan:

AT&T Mobile Share with Unlimited Talk & Text Plans - Mobile Phone Plans

    I'm getting 2GB and will have my 1520 ($45) and 2520 ($10) on it.

So you combined the $100 trade-in with the $100 1520? The offer specifically says you must pay $199.99 for the 1520...
