    When you guys all upgraded your lines with AT&T, did any of you sign up for this? It was the other option besides regular mobile insurance, and includes the insurance, increased support, finding your phone, etc. However, I just got a text on my old phone to activate the plan, and part of it requires I download an app....that they don't have available for Windows Phones.

    Anyone else do this?

    I'd suggest contacting AT&T and asking them about it.

    I put it on my phone, but only for the insurance side. I could care less about using their app to track it.

    Well that's the thing - they don't have an app in the Windows Phone store for that tracking feature. So a third of the service is unavailable, leaving insurance which I can get on its own for 3 bucks less, leaving special technical support. I'll keep it for now but I may go down to just the insurance.
