Microsoft Store shipping confirmation on accessories but not phone?

So I have received a delivery date for the case/windows store card.... However, phone/sim still in process. Does anybody else have this issue? Microsoft won't tell me anything on the matter they just keep reiterating that they "have no information available."

They should give you a confirmation on the phone, I would ring them up about the issue and ask for an explanation to the issue.
