Upload speed on GSM...

I used Quick Bandwidth test to check out speeds, and it doesn't seem that my GSM connection wants to upload any more than 1 MB... anyone else notice this?

Do you mean GSM? or do you mean 3G? 4G? because GSM has a max limit of around 0.45mbps at the very very maximum in perfect conditions. And if you mean 3G/4G it depends on your network what upload speed they support, upload is always slowly than download and is usually significantly slower
