Now that the 8.1 update is here and allows apps to be stored to the SD expansion - is there any reason to purchase the 32gb version over the 16gb?

Keep in mind that the internal flash is going to continue to be much faster than any SD card you put into it, so it will make a performance difference in things such as app launching, game loading, etc...

However, if you can live with that, then yes, 16GB with a good, fast MicroSD card should be a viable option.

u can say with out a doubt "more the better" about three things in a phone 1}internal memory 2} battery size 3} ram .
and i suggest u get a 32 gb in case the temp file/other storage problems persist in win 8.1 too. for me i dont think i will feel comfortable with a 16 gb phone again.

Hey buddy whatever you buy according to your storage.. 32GB, 64GB, OR 128GB
Keep that in mind that you should buy class 6 or class 10 memory card...
My opinion is class 10
It would be best and fast performance..

No. The ATT version of the 32GB 1520 does NOT have QI charging. I have low expectations of seeing ANY QI device sold by ATT due to their alliance with the PMA alliance.
