Camera not launch with Developer Preview

Hey guys, I was wondering if anyone has encountered this issue and can give me advice how to fix it. I installed the Developer Preview on my phone and now the camera won't launch it just sits at a black screen. I tried hard resetting it, but that didn't do anything so now I'm trying again except I'll start fresh instead of off a back-up.

Reinstall the Nokia Camera app.
Or is it the MS default camera that isn't loading?

Unfortunately I fear the device may be defective. Neither camera app will launch, a hard and soft reset didn't fix it, and reverting back to Windows Phone 8 is stilling showing a black screen.
