Carrier for Lumia 1520 in Sao Paulo, Brazil

I'm going to Sao Paulo, Brazil in June for the World Cup.

AT&T has some outrageous rates for Brazil:

My 1520 is unlocked, and I was wondering if anyone can recommend a carrier and plan in Sao Paulo that the 1520 would work on. I speak Portuguese so once I know which carrier works, I can figure out how to sign up locally.

Get your phone unlocked, switch to tmobile which has no roaming fees except for calls (20 cents a minute depending on the country you are roaming in) . You can text any US number for free in over 100 countries.

The 1520 is unlocked; I wish I could switch, but I have the whole family on AT&T and a few lines still under contract - it would cost a bunch to switch now.
