Lumia 1520 suddenly won't charge

My phone was working very well since my purchase in November and suddenly after downloading an update for the Realtor app it wont charge! I've uninstalled and it still will not charge. The windows icon actually just started flashing and now the phone is completely dead. Any thoughts would be extremely helpful. Thanks in advance!

soft reset cant solved the issue?

i dint try the soft reset, last night i just use Nokia Software Recovery Tool . and install a fresh windown.. and in this afternoon the phone just turn off and wont turn on, and i charge it, the home window botton is blinking, but the phone dint turn on, ... some one can help me? is a nokia lumia 1520

Try a hard reset. If it still don't work then try Nokia recovery again
