1520 creates unplayable mp4 videos

Hi guys!

Lately my phone started creating unplayable videos. I can't play them on the phone or after moving them to my computer.

I've looked around online and can't seem to find anything regarding this, so I was hoping that someone from here would be able to help me figure out what is wrong. Thanks in advance!

Are you saving to an SD Card or directly to internal storage? Have the settings been changed in anyway from the default? (i.e. frame rate, compression, resolution, etc...) Have you tried going into the settings for the Video Camera portion of Nokia Camera (assuming that is what you are using) and selected "Use Default Settings" to see if resetting them helps?

In all honesty I've not had this problem in either WP 8 or WP 8.1DP. Videos save just fine for me, are fully readable in in Windows 8.1 desktop (and on my phone), can be streamed by a PLEX Media server with no alterations and can be edited/converted by the couple of desktop Apps that I use for that purpose.

I think you enabled the live image thing. That mp4 file is that 1 second video for every picture you take from Nokia Camera.
