Lumia 1520 CV GBIE what country?

I bought my Lumia via eBay Spain but the box and manual are all in English, it is unlocked CV GBIE and I am now using it in Portugal in Vodafone PT. Which country should I look for to see if the cyan is available to my phone?

United Kingdom, as that's what the ROM on the phone is.

Yeah exactly.. Im in UK and we have the same phone.. ROM is CV is "Country Variant" unbranded / factory Unlocked, so far as I know.. all the phones across EU are the same phone.. International devices.. but they install ROMs for your country.

Install ROM for my country? How is that? I ask this because when i go to the Support site of nokia to view the availability of cyan on Portugal to lumia1520 they don't even have that phone listed. So my ROM might be from another country.

CV = Country Variant
GBIE = Great Britain and Ireland
