Software Recovery Tool - Checksum error?

Hi,

I'm trying to roll back my Lumia 1520 DP via Nokia Software Recovery Tool.

The tool fails downloading the firmware file (.ffu) due to checksum error. It will retry and get stuck again at 100%.

The log looks like this:

I have also tried using NSU with other RM-937 product codes and they all fail...

Any idea what could be the issue?

Turn off your anti virus/ firewall.

I'm on Win 8.1 with no 3rd party antivirus or firewall.

Disabled both Windows Firewall and Windows Defender and still getting the same checksum problem.
Tried a 2nd Win 8.1 computer - same issue.

Any other thoughts?
