Email Peak /OffPeak hours setting?

Is there a "Email Peak /Off Peak hours" setting in Windows Phones? This is my 3rd day with the Lumia 1520 and I just noticed that the phone receives all my over night emails (Corporate Exchange) at once at 7:00am. My Android HTC One M8 has a setting for Peak and Off Peak hours that sets to phone to as they come in during peek hours but not receive any during Off Peak hours (in my case 11pm to 6 am).

I haven't found the setting I'm referring to above on the Lumia. Anyone have an idea what can be causing this?
