Why isn't my Lumia 1520 charging?

Lumia 1520 Charge Problem!

Hey guys i looked the forum but couldnt find anything. I have a Lumia 1520 and its charging but it still decrese it is around %2 now. i tried to reset by holding lower vol?me + power key. İt reset but didnt opened at first and suddenley the windows logo of light began to burn. After 5/8 minute my phone has opened but still around %2 and never changes!! Please help me!!

How long have you left it alone? I assume 5/8 is a typo, but I don't really know what it was actually meant to convey.

I took the charger out for 30 min and used Qi Wirelles now everything is back to normal. Thank you
