I'm on my second 1520. The infamous digitizer glitch due to phone flex killed my last phone. It was replaced under warranty now after several months, this phone is doing the same. And unfortunately Microsoft has yet to release a comparable model. 640xl is a down grade. Considering smaller, less camera, less ram. I love this phone and windows. But what option do I have left. I may need to go to a galaxy😠

All large touchscreen phones flex, and damage can be caused to the handset if it flexes too far. This is true of the 1520, it's very likely the 640XL will have the same issue. Certainly, the iPhone6+ suffers problems when over-flexed, and probably the Note and similarly large Android phones can be damaged if they are flexed.
