Another 1520 screen issue

Mine has an issue where the lower third of the screen keeps every other line of the last screen that was displayed so it looks kind of dim when you unlock it and then as you scroll up and down it kind of loops smeared. I'm going to try a hard reset to see if that fixes things. Soft resets and power off have had no effect. I did let the battery drain completely and when I charged it back up it looked ok for about 30 minutes, then reverted back to the weird every other line thing. Anyone else ever see this?

Did the hard reset and a reinstall with Lumia Software Recovery Tool, still has the issue. It now flickers on the lower portion of the screen and sometimes shows the top portion of the screen in every other line of the display. Still can use it, just have to concentrate and look through the image.
