1520 8.1 update

I just installed an update on my 1520 which shows up as windows 8.1 update not sure if it is gdr2

OS version is 8.10.14234.375

I dont have the insider program enabled. Please let me know if this is gdr2 or just a firmware update or a patch released by Microsoft

I have also installed update today. Could have taken snapshot of previous OS and previous version to cross check.

PS: No News on Windows Central too about this.

Yes. But it is good that issue was detected by Microsoft and issued a fix too.

That's not Update 2, just a fix for random reboots. You can still get update 2 using the registry hack.

It's great to see that Microsoft have finally released an update for this issue. At one point my Lumia 1520 looped continuously for 22 hours (no joke!). Does anyone know if it be released for Windows 10 Insider Preview users too?
