Plug it into the wall charger for a few, then try the soft reset button combo (hold down power and volume down buttons together for about 10 seconds until the phone vibrates) Then let us know what happens...

I inadvertently laid my stylus across my N.L.1520 & everything went crazy. I tried to turn it off but it wouldn't completely turn off. I tried all the recommended fixes with button combinations. A friend advise me to hold the on/off power button down for a long time. I held it down for about 3-4 minutes & it vibrated & came back on & everything was back to normal.
