If your phone is working as expected without any issues then I don't see a reason to return it. The most common issues you'll find people complaining about is:
    1) Screen is too sensitive. Scrolls register as taps
    2) Screen freezes and only works after locking/unlocking the device again

If you're not finding the above two issues or any others then the 1520 is a great phone. It's was launched as a flagship device and still holds the hardware to behave like one on WM10 (except Continuum).

I'm still using mine as my main device since August, 2014. It has given me great service and I can say it is the best phone I've ever owned.

True. Even though I'm now using a 950XL, I'm really struck by how current the 1520 still is. It runs Windows 10 Mobile superbly, fantastic screen, great battery life, and pretty quick as well.

Personally, I think it's still got a year's worth of flagship standard life in it.

Doesn't sound like your 1520 is 100% the 586 builds smooth as butter only UK unlocked phone. I am thinking of selling mine as I have a 950xl all working perfectly. I reckon I should get 180 for my 1520, the phones got some scratched on glass, but no double tap or over sensitiveness. Fast and fluid 10 experience

After owning 3 1520's and all of them having the touch screen issue, I don't trust them. Get rid of it. My issue always crept up after a few weeks of use.

I get a lot of mileage out of this App. It has a great Live Tile and really useful info inside the App. http://forums.windowscentral.com/e?l...token=DVYo0ODm

Same here. And about the same timeframe. I will still be using it for the foreseeable future until AT&T decides to offer the 950XL.

Still have my 1520, use it more than my iPhone 6 plus and my 950. Much better phone than both of the others, easily.

Had mine 2 yrs, all time favorite phone! Gonna take a true 1520 replacement device for me to get something different. When this one cant go any longer, I'll replace with a used 1520 if no true replacement on market yet.

Actually I just bought one again (I had a green one which I didn't like, got a black one this time). I currently use an unlocked 830 with WM10 and would be switching over to it as my daily driver.

I've only had mine for close to 7 months. I still love it, and I like the design far more than the 950 series, so I'm sticking with my 1520. No touch issues, but I've noticed that the lower right side of the glass / display is lifting from the body. I guess that the adhesive is failing.

I upgraded to the 950 and I believe its a great "Highend" device . The 1520 is in a class of its own . I would still have it , but the battery went bad and instead of paying to fix it I went to At&t and used my Next Plan.. ( I was, and I am so pissed at Microsoft and AT&T for not offering the bigger 950 XL ) This was such a bad move to me and has made me for the 1st time have a negative view of both companies.

If another phone / OS comes along with features I like ,,,Good bye to a 13 year relationship:

    • Dell( with the detachable mini Keyboard )-
    • Tilt 1 & 2,
    • Focus,
    • Titan
    • etc

Like I stated above, I was surprised how much I love this phone ( 950) but I still would have preferred the 950XL .

Debated getting rid of mines in favor of a fancy 950. Decided I couldn't do it though, the 1520 still does so much right. Great screen, nice battery life, runs well, and the camera is still pretty good. No reason to drop another 600 - 700 for something I don't need.

Even though I mainly use my iPhone 6S Plus I would regret getting rid of my 1520. I'll probably keep it forever and ever. It's just so god damn beautiful. I switch between them at times. I actually like my 1520 more than a 950 XL that I have tried in a store.
