How do I take an action photo?

How do I take a action photo.

I think in 8.1 there was a lumia camera app that could take a chrono type phone that was of motion and you could select which frames to use in it. I though I read that all that was rolled into a plugin for the photo's app called Microsoft Photos plug-in. It uses videos to take a picture, but on my Lumia 1520, I don't get the option for an action shot, just the option to take a single frame pic.

Any ideas? any other app makers that have a similar app function

The App you want is called BLINK and its currently at v 2.5. If its not installed by default.. just grab it from the Store.
