No Static IP option in Wifi Settings

Why there is no Static IP option in Settings->Network & wireless->Wifi on my L1520 (Win 10 Mobile)?
Before this when I on WP8.1, I have the option but it is gone after I recover my phone using Windows Device Recovery Tool. Now I upgrade to Windows 10 Mobile and still the problem still there.
How to solve this problem?

Are you having intermittent connectivity to wifi / its not working?

The same thing just happened to me on Lumia 830. Redstone broke my wifi, I flashed to 8.1, now my wifi still isn't functioning properly.

I have a static toggle in my wifi settings and it's already off. This isn't the issue. Something else is at play here.

No. I dont have any problem with my wifi connection. I just want to ask this because some of my internet connection option need a static IP to connect this.
