I recently got my hands on a Lumia 1520 and after doing a reset on the device and going through the set up, I noticed a slight peculiarity.
I went to go turn off the vibration with the Navigation keys (Settings->Extra->Touch) and the setting currently shows as Off.
I have attempted to update all of the system app (Touch, Glance, etc.) but I cannot seem to turn off the vibration as when I attempt to toggle it, the device sits there saying "Restarting" for over half an hour with no result.
I then attempted to do something with the Windows Device Recovery Tool and no dice there either. It will recognize the 1520, but cannot read it (error 0x00000067 Thor2NotResponding).
Any suggestions or thoughts?
